On the programme for this getaway in the southern Bugey region, adapted sports and leisure activities in the heart of the Plateau de Retord, in the middle of the mountains.

Day 1 :
Arrival on Friday evening (from 6pm) at Les Marguerites, a 2-star gîte of 35m2, accessible to people with reduced mobility, located in the heart of the resort of Les Plans d'Hotonnes on the Plateau de Retord.
A welcome kit with tourist information and the programme of the stay, provided by the Tourist Office.
Dinner at leisure, on site or by reservation at the Berthet restaurant.
Day 2 :
Breakfast provided by the gîte manager, Véronique.
Meeting at the resort's stadium for an introduction to biathlon by the ESF (10m lead shot for 2 hours), an activity adapted for PRMs.
For the lunch break, the picnic will be provided by the Restaurant Berthet.
In the afternoon, rendez-vous at the Servi'nature shop where Alain and Tanguy Perret will teach you the basics of handling the Quadrix Access all-terrain chair before setting off on the marked and authorised FTT circuit, accompanied by a person on an electrically assisted mountain bike.
At the end of the day, dinner at leisure in a restaurant in the resort or at the gîte.
Day 3:
After breakfast (provided), meeting with Lise from Ain's Temps Loisirs who will explain how to drive the Swincar Spider, a 100% electric vehicle adapted for people with reduced mobility, for a 2-hour ride in harmony with nature. The activity must be accompanied.
Lunch at the Berthet restaurant.
In the afternoon, it's time to relax with a one-hour Nordic bath or sauna session (with assistance).
Return to the gîte and departure.
