Further along the Montagnieu hillside, the Bonnard family manages its 15-hectare vineyard using a mixture of organic and biodynamic farming techniques. This means that the influence of the moon and the position of certain planets are taken into account when choosing the optimal moment to carry out certain tasks and wine-making processes. Local grape varieties are favoured, such as Mondeuse and Altesse. The estate produces sparkling Bugey Montagnieu, Roussette du Bugey, Gamay, Pinot and Chardonnay.
