Here, Bugey Cerdon steals the show. 4 different families work together over 40 hectares of vineyard to take the cellar's Bugey Cerdon to new heights. This a sparkling wine is produced according to the "ancestral method" (méthode ancestrale), which guarantees that the fermentation process is completely natural. Bright and refreshing, this sparkling wine is lovely for sharing, due to its freshness and notes of red berries. Bugey Cerdon is available in several varieties: Cuvée "Classic", Cuvée "Sélectionnée", Cuvée "Sec" (dry) or Cuvée "Réservée", and there's even a special variety aimed at children: a sparkling, alcohol-free grape drink!
